Pricing, and Booking your Inspection

For your convenience, you can book your inspection online using our quick and easy booking form below. Simply fill it out and we will contact you to confirm your inspection request. If you have a short notice inspection, or the times don't work for you please fill out the information form by scrolling lower down the webpage.

The standard inspection time slots are 8:30am and 1:30pm
*Please call for Saturday, Sunday or evening appointments.
*Please call for acreages for custom pricing - especially if there are additional structures such as barns, horse arenas, woodshops, etc.

Single item inspections are available for a reduced price when you don't need the full service. Here are some examples of what we've already done for clients:
- Roof Leak detection using thermal imaging and moisture detectors ($200)
- Checking for broken ductwork using thermal imaging and boroscopes ($200)
- Identifying the cause(s) of basement flooding ($200)
- Sewer Scoping ($200)
- Drone photos of a property ($150)
- Traversing the inside of an attic to check for gaps in a ceiling vapour barrier ($250)
