On the outside we start with drone photogrpahy of the roof and work our way down, including roof, chimneys, electrical masts, plumbing stacks, windows, doors building envelope, soil grading, rainwater flow, and finishing with the foundation inspection. 

Then it's onto the garage. If there's an attached garage or a detached garage - it's always included in the home inspection fee !

Move inside the house we start at the bottom and work our way up through the home into the attic. We address such things as the foundation walls, the structure of the home, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical system, the freshwater plumbing system, the waste plumbing system, the interior finishes, wall insulation, attc insulation, ventilation sytems, and fireplaces.

Everything is prepared into a detailed digital inspection report, which includes all our finding, and practical advice on how to manage upcoming renvoations, routine maintenance, and descriptions of any repairs that might be require to bring the house back into a like new condition.
